Tony Aubrey

(Founder) Executive Head of Development & Sport

Hi, I’m Tony


I am currently employed as a teacher at a school based in Leeds, working with children with SEN and SEMH needs. I teach Health & Fitness and Event Operations. I have over 15 years of experience in a wide variety of sports coaching/teaching.


My former job titles included Head of Rugby AM Minis, Leeds Rhinos Primary Schools Development Officer and a Jamie Peacock Camp Manager to name just a few. I have a 2:1 Degree in Sports, Health, Exercise & Nutrition from Leeds Trinity University.


Furthermore, I have a UKCC Level 2 Multi-Skills, Multi-Sports, and Rugby League qualification.

Helen Raines

Hey… I’m Helen

I am currently a Health and Safety Manager, but over the last 5 years, I have gained experience in a wide variety of sports coaching/teaching within a local rugby club, after school sports clubs and by running some rugby and multi-sport sessions for under 7’s.

I have a 2:1 Degree in Business Management from Leeds Met University and I have a Level 2 Rugby League Coaching Certificate.

My name is Lee

I currently work as a senior inclusion worker for Kirklees Academy. My role involves working with children with exceptional needs, both social and emotional. I have previous experience in the pastoral and SEN departments, along with working in the medical area for various schools. I run the Physical Education department in my group, where I plan sessions on a weekly basis to ensure our students get the best possible physical activities necessary.

I currently hold a Level 2 qualification in Multi-Sports, Football, Dodgeball, Gymnastics and Fencing. I also have a Level 2 GNVQ in Leisure and Tourism. I have played at a professional level as a schoolboy and semi-professional throughout my adult life.

Martyn Reilly

My name is Martyn Reilly


I am a current professional Rugby League player for Oldham RLFC and I play internationally for Ireland RL. I previously played at Halifax RLFC and as an amateur at Drighlington ARLFC. My role at The Game Changerz is a casual coach. I am also an Intervention behaviour support worker at Southway school Leeds.


I am a UKCC Level 2 Rugby League Coach and enjoy coaching and giving something back to my community. I am currently the head coach of Drighlington ARLFC open age side.

Balazs Franko

Head of Mini's & Multi-Sports Coach

Hi, I’m Balazs 


I am currently a teacher of science at a secondary school based in Leeds, working with children with SEN and SEMH needs. I have taught PE and adapted PE in primary and secondary schools for 5 years and managed an equestrian sports club for 6 years as a director and head of sports coach.



I have a Master’s degree in PE and adaptive PE Teaching, Bachelor’s degree in education and sport coaching. I am also a horse riding instructor and have a personal trainer certification.

Hi, I’m Lucy

I am currently a teaching assistant at a primary school based in Barnsley. I have a 2:1 Masters Degree in Teacher of Music and Literature. I have over 5 years of experience in childminding and teaching and 2 years working as an instructor in sports camps.

I love recording songs and doing gigs. I have performed at numerous weddings and concerts.

I’m 16 years old and currently studying for my GCSE’s. I love playing Rugby League. I am currently on scholarship with Castleford Tigers and can’t wait to play for them this year.

I started my rugby with Birstall Victoria and now play for Dewsbury Moor ARLFC. I am a keen Boxer too and take part in competitions.

I am 16 and studying for my GCSE’s at St John Fishers Catholic High School.

I play Rugby League for Dewsbury Moor ARLFC and I am currently on scholarship with Wakefield Trinity. I have always been a keen sports person and played Football from a young age until I was 15 years old. I love watching and playing all sports and particularly teaching young children new skills.
